How I Lead
My leadership philosophy is rooted in people, clarity, and curiosity. I believe high-performing teams are built on trust, shared purpose, and a culture that balances creative freedom with accountability.

I strongly believe that design and product leadership isn't about control... It's about creating the conditions for others to do their best work. I aim to build environments where design, product, and data work in harmony, where ideas are tested, learning is constant, and outcomes are measurable.

I focus on being a "fluid leader" - able to adapt to the needs of the team and the business. Some moments call for a leader who motivates, listens, and nurtures a safe creative space. Other times demand a focus on KPIs, strategy, and tangible business impact. Effective leadership means knowing when to shift gears, from visionary to operational, from coach to decision-maker, to guide teams and organizations toward meaningful results.

AI has become an integral part of how we work and think. I champion the responsible use of AI as a catalyst for innovation by using it to streamline processes, uncover insights, and amplify creativity. My goal is to help teams leverage AI to focus on what humans do best: solving problems with empathy, imagination, and intent.

I believe the best design decisions blend evidence with intuition. By embedding research, analytics, and experimentation into the design process, teams gain confidence in their choices and clarity in their priorities. Data doesn’t replace creativity - it sharpens it.

Over the past decade, I've led and scaled multidisciplinary teams of 60+ designers, product managers, and analysts across 20+ markets, delivering loyalty, payments, and e-commerce platforms serving over 25 million customers.

My approach combines strategic vision with operational clarity - aligning teams to business goals, simplifying processes, and creating a culture of experimentation and ownership.
