I'm a product and design leader passionate about crafting exceptional experiences, building high-performing teams, and driving outcomes that matter. With over 15 years of experience across global brands and fast-moving digital environments, I bridge product strategy, design excellence, and customer value, bringing both the vision and the rigour to make it real.
Throughout my career I've operated across the full spectrum, from hands-on IC craft to managing and scaling teams of 60+. I think of this as being a player, coach, and manager, and I've found that the best leaders in design never fully leave the pitch. My most effective periods have been when I'm close enough to the work to feel it, while creating the conditions for others to do the best work of their careers.
I'm particularly energised by the intersection of AI, data, and human-centred design... Not as a trend to follow but as a genuine shift in how products can learn, adapt, and serve people better. I've embedded AI into research, segmentation strategy, and product workflows in ways that changed how teams make decisions, not just how fast they move.
I'm selective about what I take on next, drawn to roles where design, product, and AI intersect at scale, and where the work genuinely matters.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I'm passionate about giving back to the next generation of designers and product thinkers. I've mentored hundreds of students through Designlab and CareerFoundry, h helping aspiring professionals strengthen their UX, UI, and product strategy skills through weekly 1:1 sessions and portfolio coaching.
I've also collaborated with Designlab as an Advisor and Curriculum Consultant for the Data-Driven Design course, helping shape content and learning outcomes to better prepare designers for the future of AI-driven product work. Beyond these programmes I mentor globally through ADPList, connecting with emerging designers and sharing insights on leadership, experimentation, and career growth.
